      ****Please be careful it’s impossible to get a refund**** The check in place is ridiculous, you have to go into the central station to find it, and it opens until 9pm, that means if you are have to check in after 9pm, it’s impossible. I’d sent message to note that I am only arriving at 11:30pm, but I was ignored and was told that I was not answering the phone. Who will answer the phone on a plane??? I tried to call the contact written on the website, and it’s just automatic reply, how lovely. So I ended up booking another hotel for one night. The other day when I go to the check in place again, those staff there are chatting themselves, without paying any attention. The location is totally far from the central train station, it’s completely inconvenient to find, you have to walk more to find the front gate. Cleanliness is low, the water boiler has water and stain inside, even water from the water tap has something floating on it, and you can see in the corner of bedroom area and bathroom area full of dust or mold, it is not cleaned as said in the brochure, nor comfortable like the photo. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are terrible like dish detergent.

      Beware of Italianway. Unreasonable and unfair. The management lists down damages after agreed-upon joint inspections, adds in the “damages” so as to retain deposit. Laundry room with shared washing machines and dryers are often left in a dirty state with cleaning rags and sponges. No cleaning done despite reminder emails and photos. Overall, dishonest company and poor standard of hygiene.

      What a fantastic experience, the team in the office are very friendly and we found them by McDonald’s in the main train station. The apartment was very smart and clean and we had everything we needed to cook for a few nights, it was in a quiet courtyard of flats and was only 7 minutes to Duomo on the metro costing €2.20 a time. Very safe feeling area, lots of shops There’s nothing negative I can say really, me & my girlfriend had a great experience and will book again with Italianway

      The photos provided by the owner is accurate. We stayed here for a month as a family. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, private street (gated), 1 min to supermarket and tram, 5 min to metro. ✅ Fully renovated, new furniture, basic but enough kitchen appliances, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, lift and laundry room. ❌ You have to go to their office at the train station to receive the keys. The apartment needs to be cleaned up better. The garbage place is in a garage, so make sure to receive the keys since there’s no help in-site! It’s not a serviced apartment meaning although you pay cleaning fee, you can’t have clean towels and bed sheets etc. periodically; it’s an issue if you plan for a long stay. The call center was strange and the staff need to be trained; we had trouble with extending our stay. Overall price was high for the quality you receive.

      Apartment ok, location ok, although it is a bit of a walk to the streetcar or subway. Despite the late flight, we had to pay extra for the late collection of the keys, we were max 30 min after the time. In addition, there was information that luggage after check-out can be left in the office, which is not true. You have to give it to the paid storage room at the train station. Service little in the office little helpful and friendly. Therefore, our impressions of the place average.

        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
