        Horrible hotel, there is no front desk service. I made a reservation to confirm that the plane would arrive in Milan in the evening. they said they would wait until 10pm, and I would arrive at the hotel at 9:30pm I arrived and saw 10 peoples standing at the door. they arrived at 9pm. There is no one to deal with the hotel, forcing everyone to have no place to stay, so we have to find another hotel. We have all paid for it, and we can only get a refund. It was a very bad experience. I arrived in Milan on the first day, and there was no place to stay. It's really sucks. I don't recommend this hotel

        I stay more than two weeks and they told me they don’t charge dirty towels during my stay. Room is so small and expensive. Shower is so small with toilet inside, I can barely stretch my legs when using toilet. Lots of mosquitos! There is no reception in the night. Most of staffs are not friendly, there is only a female receptionist is really friendly and professional. Very very disappointed! The only positive thing is the location ! WiFi connection is so bad ! Not clean everywhere in the room when I arrived!

        We booked a airbnb and fount out that Italian way was coping with the reservation. Someone came to open and once we entered we saw only one room (whereas 2 on the bnb add). The guy said we can ask for a reimbursement through bnb but then I had his boss on the phone and he said I lied pretending the ads shows 2 bedroom. I wanted to take a screenshot and fount out that they had modified it during the conversation showing only 1 room… they pretended we insulted them and lied all long. Obviously I do not recommend at all

        Poor security, I have received the codes for someone else’s apartment with their things in there, when I finally got in my room it was dirty, since you have to climb to the bed it would be nice to clean there coz the dirt is just in front of your eyes, funny thing the night before I checked out there were another couple wandering around the building and the thing with codes happened to them too… and of course there were no one to help them, they had to leave and stay somewhere else. it describes it all. Unprofessional managers at the desk not willing to reconsider anything. the room is not comfortable either unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider to stay there N E V E R
