        Hello! My stay in the Italianway apartment has been terrible, disastrous and, above all, unpleasant. I was going to spend a weekend in Milan and it turned into a nightmare. To start, I had to pick up the keys at the central station on the first floor, then go to the apartment which is about 36 minutes away (by metro it is about 20 minutes away) but then you have to walk the same because the street is pedestrian. . When we entered the apartment the air was turned on at a very low temperature and we didn't understand why, so we turned it off because it was cold. The first impression was shocking since the cleaning was non-existent and the clean appearance that appears in the Booking photographs is not at all consistent with reality. The walls are all marked with traces of mosquito blood, the only window that exists is broken, the bed is very very thin and makes a lot of noise. The kitchen does not have very poor and scarce dishes and utensils. As for the bathroom, the shower head does not work and to shower you have to do it with a very small squeak. However, the worst moment came when we arrived at night. Since as we turned off the air (we already understood the reason why it was plugged in) there were about 30 tiger mosquitoes in the room. I killed many but since the window was broken they didn't stop coming in. It is frustrating to have to spend a bad night, in a different place and with no one to take care of you. After having spent a whole night without sleep, speaking with the BOOKING and ITALIANWAY staff, they offered me a change of apartment, much further away from the center. When we arrived at the new one, there was no elevator on the first or top floor and there were 5 of them. I had to buy insecticide and citronella repellent, spending almost €15. The new apartment had the same mosquito problem. Likewise, the Wi-Fi didn't work in either apartment. I contacted Booking again, verified everything with photographs and the only solution was to post a review. Without a doubt, it is here but I am going to report this fact because I feel cheated, deceived and mocked. Please do not book this apartment if you want to rest.

        Apartment in via San Pietro all'orto in Milan, very small, very dirty, very noisy, infested with mosquitoes, broken window, very expensive price, not recommended!!! They should close it!

        Because it was dirty, it was tiny, it was full of mosquitoes. There is a skylight in the kitchen and since there is no door in the bedroom when it dawns light is already coming in the walls with dead mosquitoes after the people who had killed them and they stung us a lot of noise from the street since we n or is it soundproofed, well, I don't recommend it to anyone
