Apartment in via Vigevano 45 certainly well connected by public transport, it's a pity that at check in we were told that we had to leave a deposit which was returned to us 20 days later, and after several complaints!!!! Perfect apartment if it weren't for the fact that it was: -full of dust -without chandeliers -with shower water that is sometimes hot and sometimes freezing -with a staff that was not present when it was searched for technical problems -with a cold air conditioner that decided when to leave and then turned off dripping all night. NEVER AGAIN ITALIANWAY -

Regarding my stay at the apartment in via Vigevano 45, I have some positive and negative considerations to report. Positive regarding the location which I would say is excellent, as it is well connected to public transport and essential services. The apartment as a whole is also not bad and is as shown in the photos. The negative considerations concern: -the cleaning. The apartment was not as clean as I expected to find it, since it was dusty and it shouldn't be like that, since customers are asked to pay a separate fee for cleaning, at least one expects that money to be useful really to that. -Low brightness. You've never seen an apartment without chandeliers! The three lamps in the two rooms, kitchen and bedroom, are insufficient to have the right brightness. -Oddities encountered with the air conditioner, which turned on by itself and was also dripping with water. -Problems with the shower adjustment: hot water that came and went without being able to keep it stable. -Staff absent, as they were not available following reports of inconveniences encountered during the overnight stay and, moreover, slowness and problems in the refund of the deposit, which occurred only after continuous solicitations

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
