        A perfectly located hotel for a few days in the city, there were friendly staff available 24/7 at the front desk if needed. Room was what you’d expect for a 2* hotel, couldn’t ask for anymore. Only thing I was disappointed about was the safe was not in use, and there was a crack on the toilet seat, but again, what you’d expect for a 2* hotel. Hotel was easy to get to from the airport, a €6.75 single ticket on the aero bus from the terminal and arrived within 30 mins. We also used the lockers for €2 on the day of checkout, which were secure and out of the way from passers-by.

        We decided to stay at this hotel since February-March because of its excellent location and good price. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that small amenities offered on the website at the time of our reservation for a standard double room, such as safes, minibars, and desks, were not available. Upon inquiring at the front desk, we were told that the amenities were no longer offered. Such changes negatively affected our appreciation of the hotel and the comfort of our stay. Had we known about the lack of such details, we would have stayed somewhere else. Furthermore, while the website no longer specifies safes and minibars at the time of writing this review, they still offer a small work desk, and the photos of the standard double rooms appear to have bath tubs, which we did not have. This seems to us to be a purposely dishonest offer, and we would not recommend the place to anyone else.

        I booked this hotel mostly because is close to relatives place. Location is really convinient. The service was really good and helpful. There was an issue with AC-heat wave one night but immediately they gave me a solution changing room and giving me an additional day as compensation. Cleaning was perfect done. Ac works perfectly. Highly recommended.

        My partner and I decided to stay here last minute for 5 nights. We chose it because it’s central and overall a great location. The front desk staff was nice but the hotel is average. Honestly it was pretty outdated and for the price you pay you would expect more. We stayed in room 503 and we noticed the room was humid and the AC wasn’t working. After discussing it with the front desk staff, he came to check out the room and advised someone would check it out in the morning. He then returned and offered us free breakfast for our stay, a wrench to open up our windows, and a mini fan. No one stopped by in the morning. We appreciated the free breakfast and mini fan but because of the weather my partner and I got really sick. Not sure if it’s a norm to not have working ac/heating units but make sure to call and ask or not settle in until you test it first if that matters to you.

        When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us that the air conditioner is broken. However we got keys to open the windows, it helped a little with the hot temperature. And because of the broken AC, we got the second night free and free breakfast. The room didn’t have a mini fridge, so it was hard to keep any drinks or food cold. Also the room didn’t look like the pictures, and the hotel wasn’t in a good shape overall. The breakfast was also very sad looking, never had anything like that in a hotel. It’s basically just wheat, I would’ve never paid for that. Afterwards as I read the reviews of this place, there are several complains about the broken AC. Some of them are from years ago, I wonder why the hotel hasn’t fixed the AC’s? Gave 1 star for the kind staff and location. Don’t get breakfast here, u can get cheaper and better breakfast at a cafe. But still, I wouldn’t recommend this place, it’s so overpriced.
