I don't even know where to start. It's been catastrophic. Not even worth one star. Our room was very loud because of air systems on the back of the house. The door to the private room was see trough. The bathrooms are tiny. The flooring is so loud you can hear every step. The place is very well advertised but leaves out important Info. The owner lives there too, with a lot of dogs that bark a lot. We checked out because my husband got bitten by one of them. The people that work there wear safety boots because they get attacked as well. The manager even tried to tell me what's good for my kid or not totally crossing the line calling me crazy. I have never met a Guesthouse Manager that loud and intrusive. She still owes us money for one night but is just not professional enough to deal with IT. Usually I don't write bad reviews but she really asked for it not giving us the money back acting unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It was nothing like the photos, small bedrooms in a cramped apt. in an old very unattractive bldg. most rooms share a bathroom down the hall, breakfast is all at one large shared oval table in a small dining, we got there took one look and asked for a return of our deposit which booking.com returned. r
