The hotel is a bit dirty. It is a non smoking hotel however, when we walked in there was a strong stench of smoke. It was cleared eventually but I don't know how this was possible. It's about 10min walk to the ngau tau gok mtr station. The location itself doesn't have much so you'd have to travel to another area to eat or do something.

The room is just so horrible. They even have bed bugs on the bed . Me and my daughter have to go the the doctor the next day. And the front desk were just not professional. It was a very disappointing experience

Bigger room compared to a standard rooms for a 3star hotel. Room was clean and bathroom is quite big Bed was comfortable to sleep with . Around 7-8 mins walk from ngau tau kok mtr. Downside is not that much restaurants nearby, although the hotel do habe cafe.

It absolutely fits the needs. I was there for a few days for business trip, as it's only 7 min walking distance from my office, so it was convenient. Only 3 stars because - no breakfast opportunities - no convenient store, next 7/11 is like 7 minutes away - restaurants/cafes around speak bad to no English at all - when I checked in, the hotel room floor wasn't clean But either way, it fits the needs just fine for what I needed a hotel for.

Spent 3 weeks worth of quarantine here. Pretty good for the price tag, got all the basic needs. Best part is the windows that could actually be open for fresh air and a good view of the city (trust me, you'll need it when you can't step outside of the room). Clean and tidy. Down side, it is an old building after all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
