Location is convenience, around 5-7mins to train station, but need a bit more walk for the exit with lift. I'm staying in the private double room, the room is tiny but with all basic amenities, beds are comfy. The shared toilet is a bit small, but the shower room is spacious, and it's all clean and tidy. But I saw a man using the ladies toilet though. Overall, it's a good value in terms of price and location, the staff is nice but not very knowledgeable.

I had the most amazing stay at Iwatoyama Hostel!! The location was so convenient; you can get to the main road without a hassle from any direction and easily access the subway too. There are convenience stores very close to the hostel and it is about 20 minutes away from most tourist attractions, which was great. The facility was super clean and tidy. The Standard Double room, although compact (which is to be expected in Japan) was very cozy and perfect. The shared toilets were well maintained and located close to the room, so sharing wasn't a problem at all. A special note of appreciation to the staff, who were so friendly and helpful. Honestly exceeded my expectations :)

Takeaway: not nice people who will take your money at every corner. Nice and clean hostel but so expensive! Would not recommend if you're travelling on a budget. Due to my late check-in, for a night I paid the same price as a small double room at a hotel on the same road. I was not comfortable here as I felt anything I would do would be charged to me. There are more prices than nice vibes in this place, here's a taste of what you risk: 30 USD for a dorm bed 3.5 USD per 30mkn of check-in after 9pm 35 USD if you lose the small key of your locker 100 USD if you lose the plastic key card for the door See pic for fees about linen. Etc. And of course they'll demand a 8% surcharge if you want to pay by card.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
