Stayed here for 3 nights on a trip with my son. Ideal location with train station (Milano Lancetti) and metro station both just a couple of minutes walk away. Also lots of shops, McDonald's and a great Chinese restaurant (Du Lab) very nearby. Room was small but just what we needed and can't argue for the price. Staff were friendly and provided a UK to EU plug converter as I had brought US by mistake. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent, friendly staff. Room extremely clean and exactly as shown in the images online. The room was well stocked with towels. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Hotel is located close to all the sites and no issues connecting via the metro! Would highly recommend.

A very nice, modern and guest-friendly hotel, located close to Milan's central area. Our Milan in-bound plane had a ~4-hour delay, yet the hotel staff demonstrated a full understanding of the situation. They were very forthcoming and performed our check-in even at 1:00 AM. This was very much appreciated. The stay at the hotel so far- has been nice and comfortable. The staff are always ready to assist. Grazie mille!

Easy-to-reach hotel close to transport links in a pleasant neighborhood. However, the friendliness of the staff leaves much to be desired. A more than cold welcome, far from hotel codes. Horrible cleaning service, we arrived in our room and the first thing we saw was the crumbs and garbage still in the room... We reported this directly to reception, which displeased all the receptionists on site, and we were put aside because our remark didn't please them. The same day we put our room on the do not disturb button, but the room staff still came in without knocking or apologizing. Nor did anyone apologize for this mistake. The garbage and crumbs remained in the room for the whole of our trip, i.e. 4 days, even though we reported it on the day of arrival. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Flee!!! You'll find better for the same price and even cheaper with better quality.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Shout out to the bedroom, we never slept so good in one bed. For the bathroom our shower was very small, not comfortable which was a big shame. There was also space for only one roll of toilet paper, not handy? You hear a lot of noise when you're on the first floor otherwise OK

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
