We are really happy with our stay with you! High class at the hotel with fantastic beds and desirable cleanliness. The hotel's pool is in the shade, you should know, but we recommend going to the sister hotel with a private beach in a wonderful facility. One of the best locations in Dubai Marina. We will return!

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our Honeymoon but unlike other guests we didn't receive anything as a token or gesture to make our stay extra special. This was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. In Thailand they made our stay extremely special. The location is great & all the staff were great too. Check in was straight forward, which is good because we didn't get to the hotel until 1am. Koe at breakfast was friendly and gave great service. Also the greeter on the breakfast room was very friendly. The pool/ bar staff were also friendly. We couldn't fault any of the staff. The rooms were large, nice & clean but a little dated. We would rate this hotel a 4 star not a 5 star. It's a real shame the pool is in the shade for most of the day. You can walk around and don't need taxi's to go everywhere which we found was brilliant. If you do want to use transport, the taxis are cheaper than the limousines. Watch out for this. Also the metro is accessible and easy to get to & use. We found Dubai to be safe and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it would have been more special if they had made a little gesture for our Honeymoon.

Lovely hotel clean bright spacious rooms. Staff have been amazing! My little boy celebrated his birthday and a cake was waiting for him when he came back to the room! Really pleased with our choice of hotel close to the beach/restaurants and local amenities great location! Word of advice grab a gov. Cab half price of the others! We hope to visit next year!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JA Ocean Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Throughout my entire stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, and stunning Dubai Eye views. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and provided a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool, spa, and dining options, were all of the highest quality, adding to the overall indulgence of my stay. Furthermore, the staff at JA Ocean Hotel were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel like a valued guest, and I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy throughout my entire stay.

Stayed in a Superior Ocean View Room. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff, pleasant and helpful when if needed. Buffet food was fantastic when we decided to eat in the hotel, well on par with anything we ate in other restaurants on beach front and would make use of again if ever came back to stay in hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
