The rooms are a bit dated and smaller than expected. Although my room wasn't as modern, it was definitely comfy and clean. They are doing renovations to match the lobby. The restaurant area is also smaller and only offers breakfast, which was pretty good. ALL of the staff was very welcoming, friendly, kind, and attentive! I had a great time in Hanoi and felt like I was visiting friends while lodging here! Would I stay here again? Yes, I loved the staff, location, and safety of the hotel.

Recently stayed here for a quick 3 days trip to Hanoi and was blown away with the service. Brian was amazing and helped with everything we need. +1 for quick and easy money exchange! It was nice to just go down in the lobby to exchange money to go out and eat. The location is close to a lot of things we wanted to do and see. Brian made sure we were able to eat where ever we wanted and recommended a lot to us. I was also happy with his offer to pack our breakfast to go even after we checked out! Will stay again!

A great location that is easy walking distance to great food and attractions. On a quite side street making this a great spot for families. Rooms are large and comfortable and very clean. Staff make this a fantastic place to stay. They were extremely helpful and made great recommendation for things to do and places to eat. Lovely service!

The rooms need serious mending - specially bathrooms - leaky and outdated. The staff were the greatest - that's why I am not giving 3 stars. Location - great. All in all, was expecting much more for the price we paid comparing with what other hotels has to offer.

Is it a 5 star hotel? Definitely not. It is a place where you get to experience the culture. Rooms and facilities are clean, no worries there. You are locate in Center of Hanoi. Close to the water and lots of local foods. The hotel is clean. Binh at the front desk is absolutely awesome and always helpful. All the staff are wonderful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
