I found this hotel quite randomly, but I'm glad I did. The staff are quite friendly, specially Onur and Eren who were very nice and accommodating and generally nice to be around. Breakfast is good, could've used more warm options to fit a 4 star hotel but overall passable. The coffee machine waters down your coffees, beware :)) The rooms are clean and smell amazing. Toilet is small but it's in a separate room from the shower so that's good. There was no TV remote in sight but I didn't plan to watch TV so I didn't ask. The hotel is two minutes away from the Osmanbey bus station from which many bus lines cross. It's very close to Taksim square and Besiktas port. In the same street as the hotel there are a few doner places and restaurants. Across from the alley right by the bus station there is a good "lokanta" aka self service restaurant. The food is good. Overall I had no problems. I feel a bit overcharged for 70$ per night. But eh, whatever.

Ten of us stayed for eight nights in five non-refundable rooms, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not clean, with dirty and old towels that had a bad smell, some even had holes. The employees were mostly irresponsible, except for the night shift staff. The overall quality was subpar, resembling a 2-star motel rather than a 4-star hotel. The bathroom was dirty, making us feel unsafe using it. We requested clean mattress sheets, but they remained dirty, forcing us to buy our own sheets and towels. Additionally, someone in our group got an eye infection, possibly due to a bug bite during the night. One of the rooms had a damp wall, resulting in an unpleasant smell. We had asked for a room with a king or queen bed, but they provided two single beds pushed together, and our request to change the room was ignored. Complaints to the daytime staff about the towels and room cleaning were met with the dismissive response, "This is what we have!" Moreover, there was no wine opener, no luggage scale, and obtaining even basic napkins was a challenge. In summary, this stay was plagued by numerous problems. While the breakfast was passable, the staff's attitude was consistently rude.

Really enjoyed my stay at this establishment. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were professional and friendly. The location was excellent and 5 min walk to the metro station. A lot of shopping to be done in the area as well. The breakfast could have been a bit better.

Yep.... That's black mold. In the walls. I was supposed to stay here for 3 nights. As soon as we walked into the hotel room it smelt like stale cigarettes', the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and then I turned over and saw the black mold. Instantly went down to the desk and told them to refund me as I was finding another hotel. They laughed at my face and told me to contact Agoda (The ones that I reserved through). They then told me to contact the hotel. I filed a dispute with American Express and they originally granted it, however they then got a complaint from Agoda and the Hotel saying I never talked to them. Fraud. Health Violations. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean and beautiful rooms especially the sixth floor room i got(penthouse).5minutes to the metro and very close to the bosphorous.family room are magnificent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
