I stayed in the newer deluxe lofted room that overlooks the city and the view made this one of my favorite stays ever. The room is airy, comfortable and has lots of thoughtful touches. You do get some (minimal/light) street noise but it's a small side street and the view and accommodations make up for it. The guesthouse is gorgeous and the restaurant is excellent - it's vegan but top-notch vegan and I loved having breakfast here in the mornings. Don't skip out on dessert! Staff were all very helpful and it's in an ideal location (safe and quiet but walking distance to most attractions). I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Loved it! I got such a warm welcome, and although I arrived relatively early the room was ready (starting of my holiday like this was just what I needed). The staff is amazing, all of them. The location is perfect; on a relatively quiet street an easy walk away from the crowded city centre. The breakfast was excellent, very important! And the rooms… the first two nights I stayed at the standard room, which I loved (really my colouring!). The second time I stayed one night at the Superior Room, which was excellent too. I travelled alone and preferred the standard room above the superior room but that’s personal, both are super nicely decorated, have a balcony and a fantastic bed. Guys, thank you so much! 😊

My best recommendations for Jardins do Porto - the service is genuine and welcoming, the restoration of the old building is impeccable, such a beautiful place. We had the loft suite with views of all of Porto and a lovely terrasse to enjoy the sun in the morning before it gets too hot. Only thing is the shower, which may be a bit challenging if you are not travelling with a partner or a very close friend 😊 The location is all the way up in town, so a small hike to get back – but then you’re good for exercise that day – and again the view is to die for.

Perfection. The best location. Convenient and quiet. My garden room was spectacular. The staff are amazing. They go above and beyond. Sara, Jessica, Joao, and all the weight staff go above and beyond consistently. They understand five-star, customer service, and deliver it. It truly feels like home after three days. I feel like I have friends and family in Porto and I will definitely return for my next trip. You will not regret staying here. And the restaurant is fabulous especially if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
