Greeted at door for check-in, front desk spoke English and Mandarin to help me, and they even took me to the elevator. The room is modern and perfect size for just me. Everything is clean and neat. I can watch TV and chrome cast my own shows. The view is beautiful too. The house keeper asks if I need more water or trash clean up everyday. Very nice! The hot spring on 17F is basic and comfortable. Coffee shop downstairs is great for me to do work and food at Bravo Beer next door is delicious. Lots of things to see and do at a walkable distance!

Beautiful room and exceptional clean with good service. They have hot tub on 17F which is a plus after walking all day. It’s about 10 min walk to nearest MRT which is a little bit far. Their breakfast is not recommend. We spent 8 nights here and we enjoy every much.

Location is between banqiao and banxin station which needs some walking. However, rooms are spacious and they have a huge bathroom with separate shower and toilet. They have a free onsen amenity but unfortunately no gym. A lot of towels are available and their hotel staff is prompt in resolving the room tv issue.

Stayed for 3 nights in June. The room with 2 twin beds was a small but functional. The room uses sliding doors to partition the bathroom and the bedroom which works for families but maybe awkward for friends. Location wise, it was also quite a walk from the subway with kids. But there are lots of family marts nearby and even a direct bus to Taipei zoo! The breakfast was also quite basic and disappointing. The saving grace was the onsen on the top floor! It closes at 930pm every night so be sure to be there before 910pm ( last admissions). It is segregated by gender. But on different days. they also rotate the pools for the men and ladies. It is complimentary for hotel guest but walk-ins can use it for a fee. I also left a jacket in the wardrobe and they kind enough to keep it for me till the next day! Thank you Jasper young hotel!
