It was one of the most great experiences I've ever had. almost 1 year ago i was there with my wife. evertime We think about the hotel and the stuff and everything, we really missed you guys!!! I've PROMISSED to my wife, again we will be there soon. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Second time in this hotel with friends. All at the highest level. Cleanliness, homemade breakfasts, service. The most important thing is the feeling of home comfort. I recommend it to all my friends.😘😘😘

I had an amazing stay at the Jazz Hotel in Tbilisi! The hotel is located in a great area, quiet place. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the rooftop, which had a stunning view of the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Jazz Hotel for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We decided to stay in this hotel for a couple of days. Honestly is kind of far from the center and the touristic places but for us was actually OK as we were looking for a quiet place to stay. We found it. It's a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and have everything. Toilet is superb. Even tho is far from the centre, you can walk a little around or you can take taxi ( bolt app) for about 9 Lari. Staff is very polite and helpful. Recommend it

Rooms are good ! Unhappy with the balcony door not able to close ! Breakfast has no variety and not suggesting ! Apart from that its good and everything is easy accessiable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
