        Pathetic place ## "BEWARE" ##. They have hidden a lot of pictures so that you don't get to know what this hotel is all about and how it looks in reality. Not kids friendly / family friendly at all. I booked this place by looking at their online morphed photographs. I asked for a refund.. they refused, saying its not their fault.. requested to talk to mamager, the manager would not talk to you, and the receptionist is just a puppet. Even offered deduction for a day.. they will turn a deaf ear.

        Hotel ok and food very good. Staff member named Patricio (Patrick) made our stay wonderful, he went above and beyond for our requests and answered all the questions we had! His kindness and polite conversations made us feel welcome and no other member of staff compared to him. Amazing. - his English was very good as well :)

        With my spouse, we have stayed at JC for a couple of weeks. People were very tactful and helpful. Parking spots are good. Breakfasts were above the average according to European hotels. From Hotel to historic center you can go by a 10 min bus and 30 min. Metro trips or by a taxi for about €15-20. There is a bar in the gas station and Metro gross market near the hotel where you can eat something, also you can order food online on justeat.it Highly recommended!

        Good rooms .& excellent staff, but the food leaves quite a lot to be desired. Location good for the airport, but quite a way from the city centre. I would stay here again, but not for a leisure trip.
