My room was at block 2 level 10, the place was run down. Wall paper peeling, freezer full of frost, shower head hose was broken, iron board looks dirty and mouldy, there was a big lizard. The access card couldn’t open the side gate and we had to ask for it. One of the electrical plug in the room was not working. The gym aircon is broken and couldn’t be on. Location is good as it is near to the shopping mall and massage parlours.

the apartment is ok, there is free wifi, suitable for families, if you want to be romantic, it is also suitable for easy car parking, there is a pool for those who like to soak and sink and surface and there is a mini mart nearby and close to the city of Melaka

We did not stay at Jetty Suites, but at another part of the Mahkota Hotel complex. It is very much a family place, the pool is cool and refreshing. Ample parking, though a bit of a maze. Not quite as well suited if you are walking, because the roads are tricky to cross. Not far to the centre, and the large malls are closer

Didn't inform me that I have to contact the management a day before I arrive. In the end, I got stuck outside the gate trying to find out the details. Other issues: - The room is old, like worn down old - Washing machine is faulty - Chairs are dirty and spotted - My bed feels itchy when I sleep on it, I have to sleep on the comforter itself - Walls are peeling off - Very minimal housekeeping done. I see items left over by previous guest left behind in the toilet! OK enough, you can see from the photos.

This place is excellent. Nearby shopping malls and eateries. Walking distance to Jonker Walk Night Bazaar. The apartment host also answered immediately to my questions and make sure i have a comfortable stay at the apartment. Worth every penny spend. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
