It’s an amazing and the most beautiful property you will visit ever. Amazing food and hospitality. Would love to go back and definitely recommend to stay there. They have beautiful view room and you can enjoy the beautiful weather with a cup of coffee in your room. It’s too cosy and romantic for couples. Also they have amazing dessert items into their food menu. They are gonna give you the menu to choose from and serve you hot in your plate. The cuisine are very tasty and the entire hotel is so classy designed for all type of people even if you are travelling with kids it’s a good option in your travel list. Thanks, Priya Singh

Jetwing St. Andrews is a gem near Nuwara Eliya, boasting a beautiful location with historical charm. The well-maintained garden adds to its allure. Our deluxe room, spacious enough for four adults, was impeccably clean and luxurious. The buffet offered delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made our stay exceptional. A perfect weekend retreat – highly recommended for its picturesque setting, comfortable rooms, delightful cuisine, and warm hospitality.

Spent wonderful 2 nights at this majestic property which we fell in love right from the warm welcome we received at the front office. This hotel's got so much history to explore, and literally the most beautiful garden that you could find in a hotel in Nuwaraeliya!! The staff which mostly comprised of a young and energetic team added so much postive vibe to the surrounding. They all were welcoming, smiling and always looking forward to help. Bumped in to the hotel's manager a few times during the stay and found out such a nice person he was too! Jetwing hotels have never disappointed us when it comes to their buffets, this one is no exception. A good spread, very good restaurant service and delicious food! A special thank should go to the incredible hotel staff who were always there to offer extra help for us who were travelling with a baby, specially when preparing the baby meals. They offered us the ingredients for preparing the baby meals without any hesitation. This amazing team will assure your comfort at their best during your entire stay. We were more than satisfied with our stay at the end of 2 nights. Cheers to Jetwing St. Andrews team. You guys are the best!!

Overnight stay in a deluxe room - solid room amenities and excellent service from front desk to restaurant staff. Unique and tasty set menus for dinner and lunch. The breakfast buffet had Western, Indian, and Sri Lankan options but was standard. The atmosphere is pleasant with a garden and inviting lobby spaces. The rooms could use better soundproofing, as external noises were noticeable. While the hotel’s brand, proximity to town, and historic value add some value, the higher price didn't entirely match my expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
