very poor conditions needs a total refurbishment very far from Haram the bathrooms especially are very bad dirty stains in the shower and the usual problem with staff of Arabic origin do not speak any language apart form Arabic if it was not for the staff of Pakistani or Bengali origin it would be very difficult not very nice need a lot work needs to be done also very unusual for hotel it is high up so the poor porters have to lift the luggage up a lot of stairs as there is no lifts to the reception area there are lifts inside the hotel thank God we only endured 1 night in it

The staff are nice. Mustafa & Ahmed are decent people people in the office. It’s a cheap hotel; 55 SAR ($15 USD) per night per room. There are no towels, no microwave, no services. But the AC is ice cold. Running water and heater. Rooms were clean when we got there. Internet is slow in the rooms, but fast in the lobby. Doesn’t look like hotel at all. If you’re booking in Booking.com make sure to call - most of the time booking.com will say there are rooms available when in reality there are none. If you’re a simple person - then this will get you around.

If you just want to enter, sleep, wake up and leave, it is OK. It is not a good choice to stay for days and nights. Rooms are depressing. Furniture is very old. Obviously Covid-19 demaged a lot of businesses to reinvest. The building was smelling bad. Staff is very welcoming. They are maybe just surviving. Location is far from Haram. Taxi would cost you some amount of money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
