Very well located. There are several metro lines just in front of it and you can reach the main skyscrapers view by 20 minutes walking along a pedestrian street. The beds are huge and comfortable but the view of our room that was in the ground floor was just a small inner courtyard. You have to pay a deposit when you enter and be careful of keeping the paper they give you, otherwise they will not give you back the deposit.

Hotel condition was not bad. But reception asking me "house keeper just clean up your room, what do you want?" when i complainted that house keeper came into my room and waxed timber floor and opened all windows without any notice when I was out. I left uncounted 100 yen bills and opend luggage. I cant believe reception say "nothings wrong, house keeper just wanted to clean you room. Says just remembered not cleaned part." SHOCKED!!!!! They dont have any security awareness!! Not recommend anybody to book this hotel. And few can speak english.

Great location in front of park and metro subway exit. 2km walking distance to the bund, opposite hop in and out bus station, great breakfast.. Cons rooms too warm, hard to control heater, hard to turn on tap for right amount of hot water shower.... I will come back again...

Staff was generally helpful and the hotel is beautiful (it reminded us of The Continental in the John Wick series) and in a perfect location. However the air conditioning did not work at all and our rooms were sweltering.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
