Very nice hotel in pretty much perfect location in Shanghai. We booked it because it was designed by a Slovak architect. Quite reasonable price, the view from the room was unfortunately not the best it offers, but nothing to complain about either. The room was clean, modern bathroom, heated toilet seat, bidet, spacious shower, all toiletries of course included. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice of everything in absolutely fantastic-looking breakfast buffet. Wonderful looking reception and hall too. The hallways at the time of my visit didn't smell of cigarettes (as some reviews mention). As far as I remember, the electric outlets were universal for European outlets too, no need for type C, E, F and K type plugs adapter. The staff at the front desk were very nice with good English.

About the hotel 1. Historical, traditional, feels like back in 60s'. Pleasant old porter, good receptionist, fast check-in/out ... 2. Great breakfast! 3. The room just feel like back in time, very old style, nonetheless, clean and very spacious! 4. City view is GREAT! Area of improvement:- 1. Some cigarette smell at the hallway. 2. The carpet inside the room maybe a bit oldish ... 3. The armchair inside the room maybe a bit oldish ... 4. May consider providing welcome drink. 5. May consider playing some music in lobby area, so pity that a piano is sitting there for display, it is a historical place after all, isn't it? Hotel location and surrounding 1. Fantastic, Wow location! 2. Located nearly to everything!

Gorgeous classical hotel with an amazing jazz bar. Warning: while the bar is open to non-hotel guests, it is extremely overpriced and has a mandatory minimum. The food is not all that good and the alcohol selection is only average at best. It would appear the bar menu is more focused on expensive brand names than on quality alcohols affordable to middle class consumers. But the music definitely makes it worth it to splurge a bit...

I was pleasantly surprised by the Park Hotel. Clean, spacious with good comfortable bedding and a large TV, not to mention the good enough storage space. Staff were accommodating, very pleasant, helpful, and very welcoming. They helped me with all queries I had. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Warm and welcoming Shanghainese heritage style hotel. A great window into the past for nostalgic older guests or those with an interest in Shanghai’s history. Amenities not too bad, although not quite comparable to newer modern hotels. Pricing is high due to its convenient location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
