The rooms are good, but the breakfast is really poor and when we asked for pancakes they said that there were just one available, not acceptable when you book a hotel with breakfast included. Edit: second day and like yesterday half of the breakfast menu is not available. Complete joke this hotel.

A great place to stay near Station 1. AC was incredibly cold... great for hybernating. Gave us easy access to the beach while being on the main road. We had a great experience and I am willing to stay here again. Down-side, no swimming pool.

Glad to be back in Boracay! Happy to be in Station 1, specially now that this hotel is just a building away from the beautiful beach! In Boracay walking is key👍 so the location was great, in less less than 10 minutes we were at the beach. This portion of the beach is mostly where the take off points for the various activities specially the water sports are. Choose your beach spot either towards Willy’s rock or towards Station 2. The hotel staff was great, and we had the ground floor room, which was good specially for our seniors. There are 10 family rooms in the building, each with its own bathroom, ac, big closets and huge drawers and 2 big beds, just right for our family of 4, though room could use upgrading. The main dining (where you have your free breakfast with coffee👍) reception area and 2 rooms are all on the ground floor, easily accessible to the main road. There is a security guard 24/7. Other hotels also face this new clean main road! No more muddy roads! Another advantage is this hotel is just across a mini-mall that has a bank, spa and food places. Easy access also to the e-tryks to get anywhere in Boracay. Kudos to the helpful hotel staff! And yes there is free wi-fi too. Had fun! Hope to be back soon.

Too bad I didn't get to take a photo of the whole room. But I'd say that my friends and I had a pleasant experience staying here. We didn't expect alot considering how much we only got the room. But to our surprise, the room was equipped with a mini ref, television, robes, and the typical sanitary kits. It was enough space for 5 people - 2 double beds and one extra bed in the middle. And oh, there's water dispenser outside of the rooms so better bring your flasks! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Just across the street is a bank. A few meters walk, is an alley going to the beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
