Budget hotel near Greenbelt. I paid 6k for 2 rooms on a weekend for a one night stay for 4 adults and 1 baby. We booked thru Agoda. We love the rooms! Not much space but you really get what you paid for. We got the rooms 205 & room 204 which is convenient for us since we have a baby. The rooms are clean and we really like how strong the flow of water in their shower & toilet is. All staff we encountered are kind and reliable too! Parking area is limited but staff will find ways for you. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. It’s one of those less star hotels that feel like they should be more. Did not leave me the usual feeling of being ripped off, like other hotels do. ✔️Chose this hotel due to location. It was a 5 min walk from Greenbelt. ✔️Decent wifi - super important for my friend who had to take work calls. ✔️Toiletries were available, slippers too. A rarity these days for the same category hotel. ✔️✔️Staff were all wonderful. They are always eager to help and showed real Filipino hospitality. Staff here are actually happy to serve you. They were also flexible wrt our check-in and check-out arrangements. ✔️Room with twin beds was decent size. Beds were comfortable enough. ✔️Good breakfast buffet options. ✔️The hotel is quarantine-ready so they are well sanitised for all guests. Cons: ✖️There was something in the bathroom that smelled like sewerage. ✖️Soundproofing was not the best. Could hear motor noise from the street. But it could be just me since I’m really sensitive to sound.

Jinjiang Inn Makati (room 203) +Location, near shopping mall with lots of restaurants. +Air condition, Refrigerator, Hair dryer, Safety box, good wi-fi, no iron in the room but maybe reception have. +Basic clean big room. +Friendly staff. -During check-out they thought I had taken some snacks or drinks from the room, but luckily I always take pictures of the rooms for reviews and could show them it was not on the table when I entered. -Old carpets on the hall that needs to be replaced. +/- 1000 php in deposition during check-in.

The best 3-star hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. Spacious room and bathroom - toiletries and slippers provided. Location is very convenient to malls (walking distance). Beds were comfortable and clean. Airconditioning and wifi worked great with no issues. Staff were all wonderful and always smiling, willing to assist. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast too - had no complaints with the food. The price is unbeatable for what you're paying for. Will be a returning visitor! Thanks for a great stay!

Reasonably priced hotel located along Arnaiz Ave (right behind New World Hotel). The rooms are newly redone, and the interiors are bright and cheery. The furnishings in the rooms are not the newest, but all functional and clear. The rooms are really quite spacious. Even the bathroom has a lot of space - something which surprised me. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Makati area and you're on a budget, this would be something to consider for sure.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
