Working with Fran at Estadia Carioca Concierge was the best decision we made! Fran was communicating with us long before we even got to Rio to help us plan the best itinerary for our stay and group, taking into consideration all our demands and constant ideas and changes 😅. Once we arrived, she would check and made sure every detail of every trip we planned went smoothly and according to our needs. We traveled with a large group of teens with very high expectations, and they were not only met, but safe to say surpassed. One small example: our group had planned to go to a Flamengo Soccer game at Maracana stadium, and already knowing that it might rain that day, Fran made sure to buy us all ponchos, and deliver them straight to our stay! Would 100% use again and recommend to friends and family!

We had an excellent experience on a private tour with the whole family (seven people) with Estadia Carioca Concierge. We built Cristo, Escadaria Selaron, Confectionery Colombo, all within our time and priorities. The driver was punctual and very kind. Complimentary mineral water for everyone. I recommend. Fair price.

I rented one of their apartments in Leblon through AirBnB for 640BRL per night. The place was just disgusting and falsely advertised. 1. There were ants in the kitchen and the kitchen was not clean. And I had to clean the kitchen and use a spray to combat ants. 2. The coffee machine was broken, like the stove (they were replaced after much discussion) 3. The sofa was dirty with stains and a slight odor smell. 4. Without oven, 5. Bathroom cabinet was broken 7. Night table was broken and in poor condition 8. Several broken light bulbs 9. Bathroom door dirty with mold damage and making a lot of noise 10. Noisy and dirty air conditioning. 11. Unused condom in packaging behind TV furniture 12. Disgusting, moldy refrigerator seal 13. At no time was there an offer to clean the apartment, even the Airbnb listing confirms that the apartment has a daily cleaning service. I was on my honeymoon with my wife and this was a terrible experience for us. We received a partial refund from AirBnB because we couldn't stay there any longer. We had to look for another place on the eve of the new year. Seriously, shame on you for treating customers this way.

I give it one star because there is no less. Be very careful, they are scammers. They charge a deposit that they then don't return because they invent a bunch of expenses to justify with the deposit. Apartment very different from what was advertised, there were even cockroaches. But I've seen that there are a lot of negative comments. Should have seen it before.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
