I have been going to the salon for years now and I can certainly say that the girls are truly the best! I've done everything to my hair and I've been to lots of salons over the years... but since I trusted them I no longer wanted to let any other professional touch my hair. Thanks to their experience I went from brunette to redhead and then blonde and then brunette and back to blonde in the space of 3 years and my hair has always been healthy and the colors beautiful. I also rely on the salon for manicures and pedicures and I am always super happy with the result as well as Arianna's friendliness and professionalism. (The staff can help you with flexible hours and with the possibility of combining hair and nails in a single appointment.) The products they use are of super quality and always offer the possibility of continuing to take care of your hair even from home by purchasing the same products they use in the salon... and they are always up to date on the latest aesthetic trends! I recommend relying on them for any treatment! The girls Denise, Isa, Sara and Arianna will be able to enhance you by respecting your requests but with the utmost care and professionalism! (and some cuddles which is always nice :) )

I have been frequenting this salon for 3 years and the service I have received has always been impeccable. Both on a human and professional level. Staff always very welcoming but above all trained and capable in their work, always able to accommodate customer requests. The services offered are numerous and above all always increasing and constantly updated. In addition to the hair treatment, I also benefit from the beauty service for my nails every month. Arianna, the girl who takes care of it, is also very professional and capable. Super recommended!

I started going to this salon just 2 months ago and I am very satisfied. Having a blonde color I was afraid of the result but Sara was very able to understand my needs and very competent in satisfying them. Sara is really good and her wave hairstyle with brush is also very beautiful.

I have known Denise for 12 years now and she is a guarantee!! From Lugano only for her because she always solves everything. There's no need to tell her anything just "do it and make me beautiful" and she does it. Really. The best :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
