The rooms are clean and modern. The receptionist is super nice, kind and helpful. The room has a lot of charging ports. One downside is that there is no actual window in the room, just a glass panel with fake plants outside. There is light coming in though.

I read comments that this place got a damp smell. I was worried so I brought my own scented candle. To my surprise, I only smell it in the lobby. It was fine in my hotel room. We have windows, it can be open, facing the Klinik Kesihatan. Room is clean, toilet is big. When I study the floor plan, our room’s toilet is slightly bigger than the place we sleep. Very convenient. 7 eleven is just next to us. Next to us is the red church. Walking distance to many attractions. The only downside is parking. The receptionist suggest us to park opposite Hard Rock Cafe which can cost up to RM35/day if we want our car to be safe. But I ‘kiam siap’. I park at the open space car park in front of Police Station before turning in to Jonker. Downloaded the app and paid for the parking. Need to walk some distance to the hotel.

The room was small but as we requested very quiet so we had a great sleep even though we were so close to everything (1 minute walk to Jonka St ) The staff were so friendly and helpful the nicest we have come across in Malaysia. They spoke English well and were always happy and attentive. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bedding was fresh and clean smelling.

Don’t believe the hype. Whilst the rooms are spacious and affordable, they offer very little natural light. Pictures offered by hotel on booking sites are deceiving. Neither the lobby or the hallways are as bright as the photos and the reason they show all the rooms with the window blinds closed is because there’s a concrete wall behind those blinds with fake palms stuck to them to make it appear “tropical“. The first room they gave me smelled old and dank. The second room they gave me was better, BUT the windows in the bathroom NEVER close, whereby always humid; I had to keep bathroom door closed with a towel blocking the opening in door to keep the “outside“ inside the bathroom and not in area with bed. As mentioned in previous reviews, once you leave the room the power goes off and very high humidity seeps back into the room almost immediately, whereby all of your items become slightly damp; not good for electronics. When you return, it takes forever to cool the room off and the humidity stays. Hotel boasts a no-smoking policy, however, there was a very heavy scent of cigarette smoke in the hallway on the third floor. When I complained to the front desk, I was told they would check it out whenever guests checked out. I have a very serious smoke allergy and was sick most of the night. The Wi-Fi is not reliable. One of the two coffee cup/saucer/spoon sets was dirty from a previous guest, the window screens in the bathroom were disgustingly dirty, and the room smelled bad. A small but important mention is #5 of the Hotel Rules and Management Policies where it states, “Upon check out guest have to show the deposit receipt together with room key card for deposit to be refunded.“ If you do not ask for a receipt, the front desk will not give you one. I booked this hotel based off the good reviews for a great place to spend my birthday, however, I ended up booking another hotel after only staying one night because it’s dreary and not that comfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
