Stylish, well-maintained accommodation. Good value. Beds very comfortable. In-room provision generous - 2 free bottles of water a day plus coffee/tea making materials and equipment. Nicely presented complimentary shower gels and creams - and toothbrushes. Air-con effective. Breakfasts lovely - varied, tasty and 'as much as you want'. Restaurant meals good value, well-prepared and charmingly served. Roof top pool terrific - only 15/20m or so in length but open from 7am so fine for a quiet, before-breakfast extended swim. Free parking on site a big plus. Took some getting used to the lift access to basement parking area but security staff always quick to assist on the way in / out. And on the way in and out of the hotel - always a friendly welcome from Reception staff. Restaurant staff always attentive, smiling and efficient. A great team. We spent almost a month here in December and over Christmas - plenty of time to find out what's wrong - and we didn't find anything. The website and advertising is clear about what is being offered - and the hotel delivered all that was promised.

Good value and good location, bars, restaurants, shop and massage parlour nearby. 5 min walk to the beach. Seven eleven very close too. It is in a quiet area if you're worried about the noise. Amazing rooftop pool! Very clean and great atmosphere. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the staff is very nice and friendly.

Staying at JonoX with 2 connecting rooms with 2 children, excellent hotel for this arrangement. Rooms are clean and very new (hotel is only a couple of years old), location is excellent, walkable distance to Karon main street and the beach, with two 7-elevens and fruit shops nearby and lots of restaurants. Thailand has the best fruits! Highly recommend getting some from the nearby fruit stalls and eat in the hotel. Hotel pool is also very nice, we spent a few afternoons there when we want to avoid the crowd in the beach. Would recommend this hotel for families.

During my one-night stay at JonoX Hotel, I found the room to be very clean, although it lacked a certain charm. The hotel itself is quite new, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable with pillows that provided good support. However, its large size and fully booked status meant there was some audible traffic outside my door, as my room was located next to the lifts. The windows and ultra-small ‘balcony’ were not particularly functional, offering a view only of the opposite wall and windows. Considering the relatively small size of the room and the overall atmosphere, I found it to be quite pricey and missing the welcoming vibes I look for in a hotel stay. You will still get good sleep and very short distance to the Karon Beach, if that's what you look for. One peculiar aspect was the safe box, which didn’t feel secure as it wasn’t attached to anything; being quite light, it could easily be carried away, whereas typically, you expect them to be anchored to a solid structure.

Found bedbugs in the room. Staff changed the room, but new one is much smaller than the room that we’ve booked. There’s no place to dry the clothes after the swimming. Staff said that they will change our room for a bigger one after it will be available, but nothing happened. Good location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
