Our room was infested with cockroaches... Staff was nice and moved us to another room which is quite nice and spacious. Breakfast was included and is very good. Staff are very nice and helpful. Price is more expensive than I would like. Right beside the beach, probably the best beach in the island and it's busy because of that. All in all, it's a nice hotel with lovely staff, just a bit expensive. Disappointed with cockroaches and the first room.

For the price, it was an absolute great stay. It was a few meters away from the beach, nearby were a lot of restaurants and local stores and cafe. Walk anywhere and you're near the D-mall, D-palengke and central area. Although it was raining and strong winds due to the typhoon, the service of Jony's Boutique was amazing and we would like to stay here again when the time comes. The room was standard and there was no view but to be honest we didn't mind not having a view because the view is already your visit to the beach. The welcome drink was a welcome surprise. There's a beach towel and beach mat you're allowed to borrow. Even an umbrella to use. They don't have the typical amenities of a five-star hotel but the service was that as if I were a VIP staying in one. Props to the staff for their best quality service and care. I hope you continue with the excellent service. Thank you so much!

For the price and the service here, you cannot beat it! Located in between station 1&2 you have the quiet of station 1 and just a few meters away is the bustling of station 2. The hotel here is literally across the small street to the water, so the location is great. The staff here was amazing! Always greeting you and taking care of anything you need. Some of the best service I’ve had from the over 45+ countries I’ve been to. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything you needed. Thank you to Pem, Richie, Gina and Ronel for always being accommodating. A must stay in Boracay!

Breakfast is plated. Plenty of options to choose from. Really good food. most of the time, the restaurant downstairs is full. Clean room with a safety box, TV, hair dryer, fridge, AC, & kettle for tea or coffee.

Comfortable and good value stay! Good location a minute from the white sand beach at station 1, accessible to transport, complimentary good breakfast, young and courteous staff, free wifi, good brewed coffee, comfortable and nicely interiored room. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
