Located at the heart of Gangnam, the location was superb for me to explore the neighborhood, from plenty of shopping to unlimited selection of food. It was a wonderful and memorable experience. I stayed for 2 nights and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They helped me to have a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel suite was extremely spacious, definitely huge for a solo traveler. With all the amenities provided within the hotel, I was able to experience an enjoyable stay.

This fairly new hotel is located in the heart of Gangnam. The room had everything we needed and more that anything their service is top notch. They have a beautiful swimming pool and fitness which were our favorites. Definitely stay there again when we go back to Korea.

I stayed here one night, and it was a nice hotel! My room came with a light breakfast, afternoon tea set, and happy hour drinks. I thought the room size was decent, considering the location. I also requested a high floor, and they've accommodated and put me on the highest floor. Overall, it is a great place for a staycation in Seoul or a place to stay while visiting

The best part about my trip to Seoul in Nov 2023 was staying at Josun Palace for a week. Staff and service I received exceeded my expectations day after day. There is a clothing steam-sanitizer in the room and I used it daily during my stay. Great bars and restaurants in and outside the hotel. Being in the Centerfield complex is a major plus. Subway is about 2 blocks away which is perfect distance from hotel. Amenities are top of the line brand, and fitness room was spacious and clean.

Our stay at Josun Palace was the best. Every whim was taken care of as soon as we thought of it. Transport to and from the hotel, as well as our trip to Naksansa was so easy and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was amazing with all the amenities. The best part and most important to us is the water pressure and Josun Palace delivered, from a huge rain shower head. Loved it! Our only regret is that Eatanic Garden, the in house Michelin Star was closed during our stay. Something for us to look forward to on our next visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
