Excellent hotel for the price. Location is a short walk from the main lively area in Pattaya (LK Metro). Maeya on the front desk is extremely helpful, friendly and polite! Room a good size with decent shower. Pool is great although service at pool and restaurant isn’t! They like to make prices up as they go it seems, yesterday order a coke, came with glass, ice and lemon 50B, today ordered a coke, bought out in a can, 50B, asked for glass ice and lemon, extra 20B, jokers 555! Overall a good stay and will stay again next time I visit Pattaya.

We had booked Standard Room for 3 days. Room is very good, clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and polite. Location of hotel is very good. Nearby to walking street, Malls, Beaches, Indian Restaurants. Food is also good but limited options of Veg. But this you will find in all Thailand. So overall food rating 3.5 Overall Hotel Rating 5

Room is at overrated & just average for the price paid. Rooms were small but merely OK for a night stay, pillow was too soft for us unable to give neck support. Anyway Staff service good tho. How to justify this hotel as 4 star? I’m wondering. Best part is the breakfast at roof top restaurant, proof at photo. Why is the cockroach inside the Nescafé coffee powder jar?? Will never come back. Really no appetite.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in pattya. The front desk is amazing. The food is mind blowing. The breakfast has a lots of variety. Chef Mohan cooks very delicious food. The hotel room is very comfortable as well. I had lunch and dinner in their restaurant. The environment of that restaurant is very good well serve food lots of cuisine. I really enjoyed it . Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We visited pattaya for a few days and found this nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfy and the location was good. The hotel is only 10 min away from the city. I also forgot my shoes at the hotel and they kindly send them back for me. So the service was a 10/10! Would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
