Had a great stay at this hotel.. Staff are friendly, rooms are impeccable and clean, great bar on the 8th floor with a pool.. There is a shuttle service to the beach 3 times a day. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when back in Patong.

Over all the experience was good .The reviews on google are mostly false. The staff is accommodating but the rooms are little dump without balcony. The breakfast was perfect and on point. Overall its worth staying nothing to worry

1. Rooms are too damp to stay, water literally drips from the floor, walls and ceiling. One can easily get allergy, sneezing and fever with those living conditions. Even after notifying at reception, no body helped. 2. Breakfast is worst. They gave stale, one day old rice in the breakfast, which were smelling. 3. It is not a 4 star hotel, please don't get confused by the star rating. 4. Reception is not quite welcoming. Better to find another hotel than this.

Pros -This place has good views -there are nearby markets like super cheap, seven eleven etc. -staffs is helpful. - breakfast is decent but repetitive Cons -rooms don't have ventilation and a damp smell throughout -the ac's don't function well -bathroom kit was not fully available -no Bell boy present -looby at the 8th floor -cheap rooms so don't expect good crowds or company - very far from the heart of the town (2 km)

Had a wonderful stay for 3 Nights at this hotel. Located at a main place with a 5 min walking distance to the beach this hotel is amazing. Rooms are very spacious and the staffs are very friendly. They also offer Indian food for breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
