We enjoyed our stay very much here. Huge room, very clean, breakfast made to order by Kim which was fantastic! They have bicycles for use anytime and she can easily call you a motorbike, if you want to rent one. They really made us feel like family. Definately book here and make sure to give Ruby (their young daughter) lots of "high fives"!

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Just left here today where I stayed with my friend. Booked a twin room and we had a huge balcony to ourselves. There is a mini fridge with water and beer and snacks on the desk in the room all at local reasonable prices! The family are incredibly helpful,smiley and will gladly have a long chat with you. If you stay in hoi an stay here!

Purpose built Homestay not just a family house that's been converted. Large rooms, most with outdoor area. Air conditioning. Free push bikes. Just over 10 minutes flat ride into town. The family who own this place are lovely and I've had many visiting friends and family stay here. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

It is by far the best Homestay place! Son and his staff will not only put you up in a clean well kept room but give you tour info, make hot food at all hours for a reasonable price. Broken zipper on your bag? Not a problem! Son will take you to the local market to get it repaired! ($1!). Hungry or thirsty in your room? No worries! The snack and drink prices are the same as the local store! No huge mark up.

In a decent upper middle class neigborhood, kind of quiet but it is very close to a traditional food market, only a few eateries nearby, area is quiet at night. Little away from town center and ancient town but good easy bicycle ride to them. Guesthouse is nearby very scenic rice field and river on the way toward the beach. Reasonably clean. Nice owner.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
