A stark contrast to our previous disappointing stay in a Tokyo apartment, this hotel near Disney Tokyo exceeded expectations. Conveniently located next to the JR station, it more than met our needs with a convenience store and a highly rated restaurant (though we didn't get to dine there) on the ground floor. We had access to unlimited coffee and tea, along with a wide array of quality amenities available 24/7, adding to the value. All this along with the super simple machine check-in and out process, clean and spacious modern rooms, plus helpful and friendly staff, made it an exceptional experience. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel and good mattress, I stayed there for 7day 6night. 3min walk to shinkiba station, very convenient. With parking lot at 1500yen per night, good deal in Tokyo. Breakfast is yummy, with variety so I didn't get bored for 6day

Love, love, love. Prime location - across the road from the train station, 30-45 mins train ride to lots of other areas (Tsukiji Market, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Odaiba), only 2 train stops from Disneyland. Good size rooms with everything we needed, cleaned well daily. Great amenities including laundry, free tea and coffee and amenity station. Several eateries both inside and directly outside the train station with a bakery / shop just downstairs. I'd definitely come back here to stay again.

It was a great hotel. I stayed here about a week. Actually the factual size of the room is small, but how they arrange the property with minimalism concept inside the room make it spacious. Moreover, the room was clean and the view was so damn GORGEOUS ! This hotel location is very strategic especially if you want to go to Disneyland. It takes only one station to get Disneyland. And to reach the train station is just need to walk around 3 minutes. You could even see the hotel when you are at the station. Yea, that close. It is such a great deal for tourist like me to save energy and money (no need additional cost for uber etc to finally laying on the bed haha) Other than that, below the hotel there was mini market, 7eleven which is across the street and family mart located right in front of the station. So I could get food and daily stuff here Talking about service, they are undoubtedly great, friendly and helpful. Only some of my concerns. Firstly, we would be able to check in at 3 pm. I wish they can make it earlier like 2 or 1 pm instead hehe. Secondly, they do not have a proper lobby like regular lobby that usually have some sofas and tables. This is important since I think somehow tourist might need it when they wait their check in schedule. However, I could say the hotel was really great and I will definitely would come back again in if I come to Japan (Tokyo). Thanks a lot JR East Team. Love your hotel so much!

Hotel is very nice, clean and neat. It is also neat the train station. Like the kiosk check in and u can make ur own coffee or tea in the lobby, also can pick up amenities that you want like comb, toothbrush, spa powder, and etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
