Awful facility. Basically only two washers in the whole hotel. Dryers are full of lint. Room smells like smoke, I asked for a non smoking room. Just run down and dirty. The elevator and laundry room is disgusting. The bedroom wall has water stain , shower glass door is full of water stain. The bathroom stinks. The only good thing is location. I’d walk extra 10 mins and stay at Keio to be honest. Never again.

Room is very small but that’s just any Tokyo hotels. The location is good. If you are only exploring in shinjuku area this would be good for you but otherwise it is expensive hotel that’s not really special… definitely gotten better room with same price at other parts of Tokyo. If you really value your location this is a good hotel. What really shine for this hotel is the front desk staff who speaks fluent English. I feel like other “cheaper option” hotel lacks English speaking staff and I have to read the paper they just give me at the end.

We booked the Standard Double Room. The hotel is very close to JR and train stations. McDonald’s, Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-11 are all around the location. Very convenient! It has FREE self-help Luggage Lockers at the reception if you arrive before check-in time. All you need is a physical Suica Card or equivalent. Note that the digital/mobile version of these cards doesn’t work on these lockers. It also has a washer/dryer, ice machines, and vending machines on selected floors. The room, however, is small. It can be quite difficult to move around if you are not staying alone and have several luggage. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

The room is not big to accommodate a small family especially when you have plenty of bags but I would still consider this a luxury hotel as it’s still new and most importantly clean. Location is great especially when you need to be close to the Shinjuku station and the bus terminal. This makes taking the public transport easier. The room is equipped with a bathtub and the mattress is very comfortable. I do prefer if the beds were bigger. I will definitely pick this hotel to stay if I’m need to be in Shinjuku area.

I really liked this hotel. 5 mins to shinjuku station but on a quieter street, really no outside noise in the room. Rooms were spacious for Tokyo, huge shower/ bath wet room, and it was really nice to have a small table and chairs for eating in room. Rooms were spotless and staff was kind. I would absolutely stay here again. There's a 24/7 convenience store basically downstairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
