        It's located relatively close to the subway station and shopping area. As with typical Japanese business hotels, the room is small. But it's clean and I found the bed to be on the comfortable side. Amenities are located next to the elevator. I was able to enjoy a few cups of tea while relaxing in my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked where to find a particular shop was and they printed out a map for me and showed me how to get there. The package deal I used included breakfast. I went for the Japanese option, which was miso soup with pork, rice, and other seasonal dishes. Nori (seaweed), natto, pickles, salad and such were available at the half buffet. I liked the breakfast. It was good. I also enjoyed a nice cup of coffee before I headed out for the day. One thing I had to my advantage was that I speak the language so I didn't come across communication issues other foreign visitors may come across. Mind you, unlike regular hotels, staff at business hotels in Japan aren't always proficient in English. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.

        Security of the hotel is poor. Anyone can walk in and go up the elevator to any level and right to your door. Rooms, service and location were decent. The security is the main issue.

        Stays in this hotel for 2 night, slightly overpriced, poor interior, especially the toilet. Despite all the problems above, well trained employees still working hard to make guests as comfortable as possible. I’m very grateful for what they’ve done and hope JR west will be willing to reconstruct the interior.

        Decent hotel for an overnight stay or simply for sleeping, but not super comfortable. The rooms are tiny. You'll find fancy soaps and shampoos in your room, as well as the typical slipper and amenities. The free breakfast is awesome!

        Very new place within walking distance of the train station. We had a king bed room and it was nice and comfortable. Bed was a bit hard for US standards but it worked. Breakfast was a nice touch but it was heavily Japanese so it was a bit hard to decipher. Wished the staff would have practiced English a bit more. Hard to communicate!
