The rooms are incredibly small. This includes the bathroom. My partner and I were struggling moving about the room at the same time. There are many rooms and many guests, but insufficient lifts available to cater to the number of people. Hence, the lifts are always full of people and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price point. The area does not have much to do. There are better hotels out there with the price point paid. That being said, 3 stars given for the cleanliness of the hotel, rooms are well cleaned.

Mr. Bijay, one of the night managers on Dec 14 or Dec 15 am, took his personal time after the end of his shift to help me print a document that needed to be signed urgently. His commitment to customer satisfaction further heightened my respect for Japan's hospitality and service industry. The hotel was very new and super clean. Well located, close to three subway stations. Lots of eateries within close walking distance. Very quiet. Room was tiny, efficiently designed, although close to lots of commercial activities but super quiet. Never bothered by street noise or other guests. Highly recommend and will stay there again. No lunch or dinner. It offered a buffet breakfast for an extra fee, which I didn't want. With lots of eating options around, I never went hungry.

The hotel gives you everything you need, and is a really great option for someone’s first time in Tokyo. There are so many areas to explore, and the hotel is perfectly located to access different train lines and explore the different parts of the city. Tokyo can be huge and daunting, so this was a really great hotel to stay in for that first experience! We didn’t explore the area itself too much, but there definitely seemed to be some solid local options for food, drinks, Izakaya, etc. The rooms are small and can be a squeeze with luggage, but it is still convenient and comfortable. The service was excellent as well. This was our first leg of the trip and decided to deliver our biggest piece of luggage to our last stop, Kyoto. A bit of a nerve wracking first experience, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful setting up everything we needed to have our large suitcase delivered to our Kyoto hotel. It went very smoothly, the suitcase was at that hotel when we arrived, and was perfect as we didn’t need to drag a giant suitcase on busses and trains! Highly recommend this hotel for your first stay in Tokyo.

Pros: close to metro, rooms are new, coin laundry onsite, 7-11 downstairs. Cons: this is not a traditional hotel, do not expect any service at all. Staff English is not so good compare to other more tourists friendly hotels. Self checkin/checkout, pick up your own supplies at the front desk area, no phone in the room meaning no help from the staff at all. If you need help to call a taxi, the front desk charges 500 yen to do so. Check out is 10am, late check out is 1000 yen per hour per person. Bed is small, bed and pillow are very firm. Overall this is not a good option for tourists who don’t speak English. Will not stay here again.

Rooms were very clean, decent sized for Japanese standards (mine had a small table and bench). The bed and pillows are hard so that might not be for everyone. Service was decent but not amazing. There are a few good restaurants close by but not too much else to do. Chiyoda and Ginza lines nearby are very convenient. Very worth it for the price, so I would stay here again if I could get another good deal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
