I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Despite not being a high-star establishment, the service and hygiene were remarkably satisfactory. During the summer, the air conditioning worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable sleeping temperature. Additionally, the convenience of having a nearby convenience store made it easy to grab snacks, beers, or meals at any time. A highlight was the breakfast service, which exceeded my expectations. The authentic Japanese breakfast style offered a plethora of options, with the buffet consistently replenished. I regret not staying longer and opting for the next Airbnb. I'll unquestionably book here again when I return to Kyoto! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

3 Star hotel with affordable price at a convenient location. Situation just across the main Kyoto JR Station, connecting to the rest of Kyoto and Japan. There's a 24hr Seven just beside the hotel. 5 minutes walk to the Aeon Mall. Rooms are neat, clean and the common amenities provided. Even if you do not require making up the room, staff will leave a clean set of bathing towels outside for you to change. Free lockers provided at the lobby for travellers checking in early, or still wanting to stay around Kyoto after checking out. Overall, very pleasant stay! Highly Recommended!

“No fuss hotel in convinient location ” Decent and clean hotel 2 minutes south of Kyoto station. We had the upper tier double room which was large and spacious in Japan standards. Comfortable for two ppl, with enough space to lay out 2 suitcases. The rooms were also bright and clean. One small downside are that the pillows are a bit small and on the firm sode. Do note that shops and buses are mostly located at the other side (north side of Kyoto station, which is of course still within walkable distance. Overall a decent experience at via inn, nice and relaxing environment with no major complaints.

This hotel is centrally located and the rooms are decent size. Breakfast had great vareity for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The service was great and we loved our time here. We are a family of 3 and we joined the two beds and had a king size. Highly recommend this place. We loved the bath tub, fresh linnen and night wear.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
