Very old hotel. Access information on website is really misleading and confusing. Farther from Shinosaka station than expected. There are many complains about central heater but hotel do nothing accept apologize, which really pointless. They should discuss this issue with higher ups. I had to opened window and tolerated the noise for room to be breathable.

It’s a decent place to stay if you are on a tight budget. We booked single bedroom but when the front staff saw me and my spouse, they immediately changed for a double bed room without any additional charges.

The location is very convenient from Shin-Osaka Station. Loved that there were sufficient power points in the room. No complimentary bottled water is provided - you can drink from the tap. Temperature in the room can be adjusted to cool or warm. Ice is available in the laundry room. You can also borrow an ironing board from reception. 7 eleven is conveniently located right below the hotel. The only thing that was extremely unpleasant during the whole stay was that we booked a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong cigarette smell, which affected my breathing and sleep. Have tried to use the air purifier in the room and opened the windows, but it doesn't help as the air con ventilation is centralised.
