Good experience for Deluxe King (Room 210) on 23 and 24 Nov 2023. Price - below $40 SGD, need to pay 50RM at counter when checking in (refundable after checked out). Cleanliness - good! Clean bed, toilet and shower. No bedbugs or any other insects! 2 trash bins with plastic liner provided. Room Amenities - electric kettle, hair dryer, aircon, tv and mini fridge provided. Mini fridge not working. Daikin aircon was very strong and fast in cooling down the room! Cups and instant coffee provided. Bed, pillows and comforter were clean and soft. Water dispenser available at hallway. Can improve on sound proofing and more TV channels. Toilet Amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper provided. Toothbrush with hard bristles. Ventilator helped to remove any lingering odour. Toilet has a "garlicky" smell when we checked in but dissipated with the help of the ventilator. Shower Amenities - rainfall shower head with gd heater. Basic hair and body shampoo provided. Towels were clean with no odour/stain. No shower slippers though. Location - walking distance to HeroMarket (grocer), Lotus, Aeon. Just cut through from back of hotel to ground carpark of Aeon and take escalator to the shopping mall. Nearby Restoran Bonda which serves cheap and good malay food! Overall, an excellent value for money 2 star hotel that is clean and functional! Recommeded! Hotel staff are ok and responsive to request.

Had a very bad experience on one of the weekends with this hotel, when we first checked in we were very happy with the hotel simple decoration and everything was fine. After checking in we left for movies. It was when our nightmare begins after going back to the hotel as we were preparing to settle down and head for beds. After a few mins of lying down i notice a small insect crawling on my bed, therefore i squeeze it using my finger. To my horror blood were bursting out from it and thats when i realise it was bedbugs. In order not to wrongfully accuse the hotel we flipped the bed over we found out there were multiple bedbugs beneath it. The boss is the worst who said that there might be chances of us bringing the bedbugs. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Please refer to the photo below. If you are looking for budget hotel please do not risk with this hotel despite all the good reviews.

Big room with strategic location. Walking distance to aeon n ikea. Reach at 5pm but room yet done due housekeeping manpower shortage. Have to wait 20mins to get the room.😑 No car park provide and with limited parking space. Soundproof need to be improve as you can hear people walking at corridor and no lift provided.

The cleanliness was better than expected. Although the room’s window is small but the lighting of the hotel room is good. Also this hotel is not for clean freaks as there are specks of dust at the corners of the room and in the toilet but it doesn’t affect the stay. There is a lack of one star as they only provide one room card per room and the sound-proofing is not that good. Other than that, the hotel is very convenient to get to the malls and worth the price. Will stay there again!

Stayed here in the family room. It's clean and quite basic. Sheets have stains but can tell it's been washed so I'm ok. Price wise is value for money, the room is pretty big. Wallpaper and paint are peeling though. TV is only free to air. Aircon is powerful and cold. U pay RM50 for the deposit to get the TV & aircon remote. There's a black cat called Xiao Hei, very docile and has a cushion round it's neck to prevent it from over licking itself. Parking is free. Location is good, walkable distance to Toppen and Aeon. I'd stay here again if I ever visit Tebrau again..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
