My stay at Judita was absolutely lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating from the moment they picked up from the parking lot to check out, making us feel right at home. The stone building, tho old, had a charming decor that added to its unique character. What impressed me the most was the level of cleanliness, which was impeccable. The breakfast was such a standout, with a fancy spread and excellent coffee that set a beautiful tone to start our day. As for the location, it couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the downtown old town, providing easy access to all the attractions. I cannot recommend this place more to anyone seeking an artistic, comfortable, and stylish place to stay. P.s. their everything scrambled eggs is🤌🤌

Amazing friendly and attentive staff. Maria was excellent at providing us with restaurant recommendations for any food we fancied, and even booked us the restaurant. Good breakfast, delicious eggs cooked however you want - and can add meat, cheese and vegetables to the order as well. Great location, close proximity to everything, makes you feel fully submerged in the old town. The bar downstairs is very aesthetically pleasing and offers great cocktails - although it only accepts cash and is on the slightly more pricey side. Overall, couldn’t recommend more!

I wish I could give this a 10 star rating. I have traveled for so many years and stayed at many hotels but Judita Palace has been the best. The staff and service are unbelievable. We loved all of them especially Andy, Maria, Chris and all the others who I didn't get the names. Besides the service, the location is perfect, the rooms are very clean and modern. Will certainly stay here again if we come back to Split.

Truly amazing staff sets the Judita Palace Heritage Hotel apart. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very nice. Location is great as well, right in the middle of Old Town. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

The staff here are the best. The reception staff were legitimately cool people. They even took the time to create their own list of recommended restaurants, which was a blessing to have. The ac in the rooms is really good. Wifi is solid especially given how thick the walls in the hotel are.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
