        The good: Moderately central location. It’s close enough to the main square to be an easy walk, but not to close where you never get to escape the actions. Beautiful room and hotel. The bad: at the points rate of that hotel, I am very disappointed to have shown up to find out the sauna is broken. That was a big selling factor for us and we will reconsider staying again in the future if it remains closed. Stayed in December 2023

        Beautiful hotel. Our room was cozy and the amenities were very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were very warm we had to sleep with a window open, which made it loud as there is a LOT of construction near by. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

        Overall 4.5 stars! Really great service and location (close to Grand Place). Rooms are clean and upscale (bedding was amazing). I would give 5 stars however there were a few minor negatives to call out. There is currently construction in front of the hotel which obstructs views and creates complexity with locating the hotel. There are limited food options in bar and the airport transport was different (much higher) versus what was quoted at the front desk. That being said, it would not deter me from staying here again. I would definitely recommend!

        We had a good stay at the Juliana! Our room was well-decorated and spacious. However, it was not well-lit. One side of the room had just one window for natural light, no lamp whatsoever, which also means once the sun goes down, the room is very dark except for the bathroom. The bathroom was really nice, but there was water leaking from a hole in the ceiling just beside the rain shower. Breakfast was a decent selection with one order of a la carte made-to-order eggs included. I really appreciated the snacks the housekeepers left in our room each day. I just think it's such a nice feeling to go back to our room to some fresh fruits or healthy nuts in a bowl. The service was really good throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is good. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. There are also a lot of shops nearby. The biggest con for me is that the entrance of the hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area. It was a pain for us when we got dropped off by Uber and when we left by Uber. Both times we had to lug our luggages and walk a while on the uneven pavement. It would definitely not be ideal if like us, you have a lot of luggages or if you have some mobility issues. Overall it was a good stay, especially given the reasonable price during our stay and their working with Hyatt.

        Nothing to say about the location. Excellent and very central. Nothing to say about the facilities. Renovated recently. The rooms are OK but on higher floors the windows are small so that they lack some daylight. Bed very comfy. One point to highlight with regards to the bathroom. The rain-shower system is great but I saw some signs of humidity damage on the ceiling indicating that time will generate some issues. The hotel is cosy of course and one may have a great stay. The staff is nice but takes time to resolve issues if and when any. At check in I had a problem of room allocation since it was not what I paid for. Initially I got an excuse about room planning… 😒 I had to insist but in the end my request was accommodated. The point is that if one customer pays for a specific room, no excuses are justifiable, he must have it. Period. This is the reason as to why the service rating is not what it should be for a place like this at this level of price tag.
