Stayed here with my little family of three recently and we were very pleased with our stay! A special mention to Ms Helena who recommended me places to go to when I needed local information on bookstores etc. She is friendly and helpful and I am thankful for the kind gesture, even providing us with bottled drinks as we waited for our Grab car to arrive while checking out. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is strategically located if you want to go to nearby malls. The spread of breakfast food is good. The availability of laundry services - washing machine and dryer - is a bonus! Will definitely return to Juno for our next trip! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Look for Helena here, she was so welcoming and did everything that she could to meet our request. Would stay here again as the rooms are quite spacious and we can do our laundry as well. The place feels warm and cosy as well. We liked it very much. The location was good and near to the wholesale centre.

Check in was really smooth with Irfan. He was very warm and friendly from the begining. Such a great guy. The room is not that big but it is clean and smells nice. Breakfast options are limited but adequate. Will repeat my stay again here

Nearest to Tanah Abang & PGMTA. Very easy & walking distance. The staffs are friendly & accommodating , i met Mr Irfan in receptionist counter who was very nice to attend our request.

The bed is very comfortable, aircon and fridge worked very well. Room is enough with big screen of tv. Service is excellent, David and Rama gave us good experience with their service. Really recommended hotel within this price range

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
