Unfortunately very disappointed with the room. Much smaller than shown in the photos. Location was great. The room was not clean, to the point there was a beetle on the bathroom counter. I took a picture with a stick of rosemary to give scale to the size of beetle. The only plus was the location, many better places to stay when in Split and for a better price as this is advertised as "luxury".

We stayed in the studio at Jupiter Lux and loved it! It’s clean, has a comfortable bed, and is in a great location. Even better, the host Ana is incredible, kind, and flexible. We needed another night at the last minute and she was super attentive with her and kind to accommodate us. She is prompt with messaging and ensured that we had everything that we need. 5 stars all the way!

Room was tiny and very pricy, fan and AC where completely covered in dust. Also mold was present in the shower and Bedroom area. The door was so thin that I was woken up by the other hotel guests. The bed also was not comfortable. All in all ok for one night, but definitely not for longer stays. Location is good. Easy check in.

Unfortunately we were deported without prior notice to a "second apartment" which was not worth the money. Bad equipment, very loud and a catastrophic service. It even turned out that we were cheated because we had to pay the same price for much less service (e.g. no breakfast). Even after several contacts via email and phone there was no feedback. We personally cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The desciption never said that the room is 3 x 2 meters big. The pictures are really deceptive. The room I have got should not be classsified as a room for rent. I have not checked the details but there was no warning that the room I booked is going be smaller than double bed altogether. Come one, no one ever expects that anyone would be allowed to rent a room this small. There must be some regulations againts it. Even in Hong Kong the hotel rooms were bigger. This place is a con! You should not be allowed to do it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
