Simple accommodations for a fair price. Location, Location, Location. A bit dated but was super clean. You pay ( very reasonable ) hot breakfast on site. Reasonable shuttle to airport in new van. Again simple and clean. We have returned several times over the last 30 years.

Room - Clean with usual amenities and also spacious. Downside - it looks and smells dated, might be a good time to redecorate and update the interior design. Outlets for our room were so far away from the bed, it's not possible to charge while relaxing on the bed. Facilities - There was an old couch near the hallway that is full of stains. Quite a turn off for guests when they pass by. The housekeeping cart is also left on the hallway the whole time we stayed there. Parking - 2 slots only. Service - staff were really nice and checkin only took a few mins. Location - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ near fastfood restos & pharmacies

It's old and quiet but at the very center of the city. Surrounded by fast-food chains and pharmacies. I didn't like that they asked to charge me 200 pesos per hour for an early check-in, like that's super unheard of. When I refused and told them I'll wait in the lobby they said they'll instead charge me 700 pesos all in for early check in, when I still refused they decided to let me have an early check-in instead for free. (?????)

This is an old hotel but the rooms are clean, staff were very courteous, and the location is superb. They have a free breakfast for all guests and the basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo and clean towels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
