Great hotel, great location and great staff! They upgraded our room because it was our anniversary as well as giving us breakfast free for both nights. Hotel was right next to the Central Station and walking distance to everything we wanted to go and see. Can’t recommend enough!

Conveniently located with a metro entrance right around the corner and train station just 5 minutes away. Room was clean and modern, water pressure and ventilation in the bathroom were great. Only down side was we could not adjust the temperature in the room so it got quite stuffy. Opening the balcony helped but it then got noisy at night.

We stayed here for the proximity to the train station to get on an early train to Switzerland. While the proximity to the trains were great, if you're looking for a central Milan location, this is not it. We were a large group, which was accommodated, but the rooms were a bit small and needed a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. For a one night stay, this worked for us, but it was not necessarily a memorable experience either way.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Just Hotel Milano, where my company booked a dayroom for some much-needed rest. While the experience had its positive aspects, there were also notable drawbacks. The check-in process was swift, and the staff, particularly the gentleman at the front desk, was exceptionally friendly. Despite arriving close to the end of breakfast hours, he kindly offered us the option to partake. Opting for lunch recommendations instead, we appreciated his willingness to assist. However, the positive first impression was marred when we were escorted to our room by a lady who seemed unfamiliar with basic door operations. Such guidance, while possibly well-intentioned, felt unnecessary, especially for frequent travelers like pilots. Our room, located in the basement, left much to be desired. It felt like a bunker, with two beds awkwardly placed in complete darkness. A lengthy hallway led to a room with a window, creating a somewhat unconventional layout. The bathroom, aside from a concerning issue, was satisfactory. Unfortunately, black stains in the seals between the tub and walls raised hygiene concerns in the shower area. Attempting to rest became a challenge due to the poorly insulated window. Noise from a nearby construction site infiltrated the room, hindering the quality of sleep we desperately needed. In summary, the Just Hotel Milano provided a mixed experience. The welcoming staff and quick check-in were positive aspects, but the room's layout, cleanliness concerns, and noise issues detracted from an otherwise potentially comfortable stay. Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Lovely hotel next to the train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. I traveled for work and my flight got cancelled, they easily helped me to prolong my stay another day, helped me get a taxi and were friendly to answer all my questions. The room is nice, the bed comfy. A very good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
