The location was great, it's a block away from Taipei City Hall station and there are a lot ofcoffee shops and shopping malls nearby. Youbike and 7-11 are conveniently on the same block as well. There's also this bar connected to the hotel (basement level, you do have to go out to get to it) that's open on the weekends and it was quaint and lovely. Rooms were small but perfect for one person. I loved the bathrooms, desk, and how resourceful the space was. No view though so don't expect that. For a budget, solo, traveler it was great for me. They even had a little coffee machine downstairs for you but no TO GO cup. Elevators were slow though and the walls were thin, you could hear next door so I had ear plugs for sleep.

It's okay but could use allot of improvements with in terms to room amenities like providing a telephone for each room and not have it shared with all the guests in a floor. The location of the hotel is what will really make it worth your while. I'd still consider the hotel if I couldn't find anything else better for its rates.

Cute little hotel in a great area. Small, well-kept rooms that nicely use the space. It's perfect for a short stay for 1 person. Toiletries (toothbrush, shower cap, shaver) are at the check-in counter instead of inside the room. Toiletries in the room include very nice body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a small fridge and a small safe. Note: the safe is too small to store a large ipad, but most other valuables should fit inside. Great access to powerpoints and lots of lighting. There is space to hang your outfit on non-slip hangers. Very comfortable bed. The room is very quiet and feels secure. Oh, and there is a bidet attachment on the toilet. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a pleasant stay, comfy bed and cozy room that is sufficient for solo/couple travelers. Indeed like many has highlighted the room insulation is very poor, I’m staying at level 2 and I could hear people talking loudly at 12 midnight that woke me up. Overall I would still rate 4-stars as I wasn’t disturbed constantly throughout my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
