Very good hotel. Good breakfast, good location. Cleaning everyday you just press the cleaning sign and they clean it. They never touch my stuff I even left some valuable on the table in the room .no one took it nor touched it. I stayed two nights and wanted to extend three nights till but my room was already reserved to other customers. I would strongly recommend staying in this hotel . I woul specifically than to Mr. Ali who welcomed me very warm.

! ATTENTION! Never stay at this hotel! I got robbed here! They will smile at you here, and lie to your face. I'll start with the fact that here they tried to cheat me on the sale of tours, they sell tours at prices higher than real ones, and on the tour you will find out the real price. The hotel itself is very average, they save on everything, very small rooms, old furniture and plumbing, there are no light bulbs in the lamps, there is no ventilation, the room is not ventilated at all. And at the end I got robbed in this hotel!!!! Cleaning lady stole golden earrings and bracelet, silver chain and bracelet from my suitcase! Even though it was a sign DO NOT DISTURB on my door, she entered my room and stole jewelry from gift box! That is proven by video camera! But management of the hotel did nothing and covered their employee. They behaved aggressively and denied everything! Please, BE NOTIFIED!

The only value the hotel offers is its location as so if you really need to stay in the old town. The pictures are misguided, the rooms are much smaller (3-4 sq m) than the advertised. You can potentially find better places a few streets around cost the similar range.

Important: Read Before You Regret I believe that the objective rate should be only 6 point no more. The hotel have a major problem with his air-conditioned system. we spend the first night without AC under extremely hot weather. So I really got very Bad impression about all my trip ! The hotel didn't told us about the problem from the beginning and we shocked by behavior of reception staff was don't have any professional tact,I believe that they should offer any Compensation or to give the castomers free choice to cancel the reservation instead they act like "this is the situation, manage yourself" After a searching on the websites you will surprise that there's Many complaints about this matter, which indicates that it is not the first time and that the hotel has not acted seriously to solve it, without regard for guest complaints. So please think & check twice before your choice.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, the single room was a bit small but I managed to survive 🤣. The hotel is old and the furniture need a lot of attention or replace all together. They cleaned my room and the toilet everyday which was brilliant. The breakfast, there wasn’t a great much of choices but still okay. The staff and the receptionists are polite and helpful although they have to improve their English but I managed to communicate with them. Overall, I do recommend this place but don't expect a lot funssy stuff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
