Value for money. The room are old (walls etc show it) but the bathrooms are kept very clean. Probably the cleanest shared facilities that I’ve seen in Tokyo. Nice views from the rooms. Very good common area with sofa, guitars, small garden, etc. Very nice lady on reception. 10 minutes from the metro, but it’s quite a far out station from the centre of Tokyo. Bus stops outside the front door. There are convenience shops nearby, but nothing else really. Restaurants are really in asakusa.

I recommend this place 100% and I'm super demanding. The location is nice - 10 min by foot from the subway station and in front of the bus station. There are a lot of commodities around - shops and supermarkets. It's super close by foot from the Asakusa temple (20 min). The place is nice, clean and tidy. The staff is super nice, caring and helping.

I must say, that we had to check out after spending one night at this hotel. The rooms smell bad and the pictures of the hotel online do not represent the real conditions: The tatamis and the carpets were dirty. If you do no want to spend so much money it is a good enough, but I think the price difference for a better hotel is not that big. At the webseite says they have an onsen (typicall japanese bath) but just one person per day could use it... The staff was friendly, though.

Located just 10min from the nearest subway station and about 20min walking from the Senso-ji. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Prices are reasonable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Was living here for 3 weeks and have to say its one of the old family run hotels in Tokyo and the vibe is so friendly. Its cheap snd you get no luxury room or something but i would recommend it all times. Met people from Germany here (my Home country), they come every year for 22 years now and dont said a bad word. 5/5 for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
