So far, just not overly impressed. I have been a Marriott customer for decades and this hotel has disappointed. Especially the restaurants. We are here four more nights and I question whether we will dine here again. I will say the employees are nice and apologetic. But really at this level, I don't expect to require an apology! The shower is tiny and the water was not hot! What is with that? Internet is a nightmare to log into, never did get in without it trying to sell me an upgrade. We stayed last time at the regular Marriott just a couple blocks away, and they blow this property away. Too bad! I really wanted to like this hotel and tried to move up a level. After one night of a five night stay, can't say we made a good call. After the five nights, they did credit me for a couple nights due to all the issues and that was appreciated. However, my stay still was not up to Marriott standards. It would require something special to make us want to return with so many other nice hotels within a mile.

We stayed at this hotel for a conference and it was absolute perfection. The rooms and hotel were super clean and stylish/modern. We were at the concierge level and had access to a clubhouse/lounge that absolutely made our stay! Dominique and Sharon in the concierge lounge went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met and that we left happy every single time! Thomas in the downstairs lounge was also extremely kind and made us fantastic drinks. Overall, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with really large rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need. In the lobby there’s a Starbucks with also small breakfast items. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is very good. If you want to visit the mall, you don’t have to get outside.

Given how many other and better choices there in the area I wouldn’t stay here. I’m traveling for work and was away from my room since 6 am and came back to an unmade room at 6pm. Housekeeping hadn’t bothered with it yet and when I asked why, the receptionist just said well they just have not gotten to it yet. By 6pm?! Unacceptable! Also parking cost … $55 for valet and $45 for self parking with no street parking options. Just not worth staying here!

I was here for a conference so did not have the chance to go to the restaurants. The gym was good, for hotel gyms. The lounge was excellent and the servers did an excellent job. The front desk, many many thanks Sofia were amazing, great group of people.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
