Every single thing about this hotel was stellar! The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in (I’m soooo sorry I forgot your name, sir!) was one of the nicest, professional and fastest front desk coordinators I’ve ever experienced. We are regular travelers both in and out of the states…and we also work at a luxury resort so we understand the inner workings. The rooms…when we walked in I couldn’t stop laughing because it was just that beautiful. Just blown away. We opted for the upgrade to use the Executive Lounge….absolutely worth it! It was worth it just for the free sodas, waters and coffees….much less the FANTASTIC food they served. It was seriously so impressive. We stayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday before New Years and the hotel was a bustling with families. Tons and tons of kiddos so the pool situation was no dice. Normally I’d be totally bummed about that but everything was so terrific I just soaked in the pool-sized bath tub in the room! Ha! And the hotel can’t help how many children are guests at any time…so it’s not a reflection at all on the hotel…just the roll of the dice as a traveler. Five extremely enthusiastic stars! Thank you to every single member of The JW team for making it all work so seamlessly and magically! I genuflect in gratitude.

I'm surprised by some of these reviews. My stay was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The service was helpful and friendly. I ate the restaurant twice and it was great. The pool was nice as was the fitness room. I came here for a work conference and everything was great. I'd come back again for a vacation.

We don't think this JW really live up to its brand. Everything was classy and upscale, but it loses that friendliness and human touch. In other words, it's too corporate, and too cold for our taste! People are pretty uptight here, and want to help and intervene, perhaps a little too much. It feels like you are constantly being watched. And that is perfectly fine, however, when you actually need someone, there doesn't seem to be people to help you. The location was not the greatest, because the area is pretty dead after 5ish pm. It is the commercial area, but unfortunately this area hasn't really recovered from the pandemic yet.

Overall average experience. Staff very friendly and great amenities. Beautiful gym and spa. Very comfortable beds. Location is a bit of a far walk from the main restaurants and coffee shops, but not terrible. My room had 2 ceiling lights that were broken in the bathroom. Overall I think they did everything your regular hotels do. Just did not feel like they went above and beyond.

Great big lobby. Clean hotel and rooms. Service was great. Executive lounge was fantastic! Great breakfast, appetizers and desserts. Staff was attentive to keeping things picked up and stocked as people ate and left the tables.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
